With our Precious Performance App, you will have tailored workouts right at your fingertips. Each workout is complete with visual and written instructions to ensure proper form and technique for optimal results.

The strength program is designed for individuals who have been exercising for over 1 year. You should be experienced with proper core engagement, form and technique prior to starting this program. The goal of this program is to lift heavy and gain muscle using progressive overload.

3 month minimum commitment required, m2m after. Billed biweekly.

    • Initial Consultation: A comprehensive assessment to understand your fitness goals, current level, and any challenges you face or imbalances you may have.

    • Custom Workout Plans: Tailored routines that adapt as you progress, ensuring you’re always challenged and engaged.

    • Monthly Check Ins: Monthly check ins to address any concerns and log progress pictures & measurements via the app

    • Progress Reports: Detailed tracking of your workouts, improvements, and milestones.

    • 12/7 Support: Access to your trainer for advice, motivation, and answers to any questions you have every day 7AM-7PM PST.
